One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) pwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. pwin may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may include submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a pwin account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from pwin or any other gaming platform; (c) employees of pwin and their immediate family members; (d) persons who are prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or court order.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
pwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify pwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your pwin account.
All transactions and activities conducted through your pwin account are your sole responsibility. pwin is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you, unless you have notified pwin of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.
Accepted Payment Methods. pwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. pwin does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. pwin reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. pwin aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately five (5) minutes of approval, and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests.
KYC Verification. pwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
Currency. All transactions on the pwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
pwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
pwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and the underlying game software, the software outcome shall prevail.

All content on the pwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of pwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pwin Platform without the prior written consent of pwin. Unauthorized use of pwin's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
pwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond pwin's reasonable control.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, you may also submit a complaint to pwin's customer support team. pwin will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.
